Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Lump Crab Meat
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Scallion (Green Onion), thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Seafood Seasoning, like Old Bay Brand
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Sauce (like Texas Pete)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, and hot sauce. Mix until combined
  4. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Gently fold in crab meat, keeping lumps intact. If using frozen, drain any excess liquid first.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly with light browning on top.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest slightly.
  9. Sprinkle sliced scallions on top as garnish before serving.
