Crab & Green Chile Bites

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Jumbo Lump Crab, thawed and drained prior to measuring
  • 1 Can (4 oz) Diced Roasted Green Chiles, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack or a blend)
  • 2 Large Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • About 25 Scoop Tortilla Chips


  1. Combine all ingredients except the crab and chips in a bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Add the crab and gently fold to combine, using a rubber spatula.
  3. Evenly fill the tortilla shells with the filling, about one heaping teaspoon per shell.
  4. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 8-10 minutes, until heated through and cheese is fully melted.
  5. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
