Ingredients
- 16 ounces Lump Crabmeat
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Egg
- 1 Lemon
- dash Cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Seafood Seasoning, such as Old Bay
- Chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees
- Mix your wet ingredients: Mayo, Dijon mustard, egg, juice of 1 lemon
- Add your seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne
- Gently fold in your crab meat
- Add in your bread crumbs and chives (optional)
- Fold until crab meat is evenly coated
- Form into even cakes
- Cook in a greased air fryer for 12 minutes at 375 degrees
- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices
