Air Fryer Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Lump Crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Lemon
  • dash Cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Seafood Seasoning, such as Old Bay
  • Chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees
  2. Mix your wet ingredients: Mayo, Dijon mustard, egg, juice of 1 lemon
  3. Add your seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne
  4. Gently fold in your crab meat
  5. Add in your bread crumbs and chives (optional)
  6. Fold until crab meat is evenly coated
  7. Form into even cakes
  8. Cook in a greased air fryer for 12 minutes at 375 degrees
  9. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices
