Ingredients
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Sirracha Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 8 ounces Lump crab meat
- 4 Scallions, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray muffin tin with non stick spray or grease with butter
- In a large bowl whisk the eggs, milk, mayonnaise, flour, spices, and siracha. Add in any vegetables of your choice (spinach, onion, peppers)
- Stir in your cheese and gently fold in your crab meat.
- Pour your mixture into your muffin tin and top with scallions.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the bites are puffed and edges are browned.
- Let cool for 3-5 minutes or until egg bites settle and enjoy.
