Crab Sushi Bake

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Lump Crabmeat
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup kewpie mayo
  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons yum yum sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine in a large bowl: kewpie mayo, softened cream cheese, and yumyum sauce
  3. Fold in your crab meat into the mixture
  4. Combine in a bowl: 2 cups cooked white rice, rice vinegar, sesame oil
  5. Spread the cooked rice mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 pan
  6. Spread the crab meat mixture on top of the cooked rice in the pan
  7. Drizzle yum yum sauce on the top of the crab meat mixture
  8. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes
  9. Top with sliced green onion and optional sesame seeds and siracha
