Ingredients
- 16 ounces Lump Crabmeat
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup kewpie mayo
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 tablespoons yum yum sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- sliced green onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine in a large bowl: kewpie mayo, softened cream cheese, and yumyum sauce
- Fold in your crab meat into the mixture
- Combine in a bowl: 2 cups cooked white rice, rice vinegar, sesame oil
- Spread the cooked rice mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 pan
- Spread the crab meat mixture on top of the cooked rice in the pan
- Drizzle yum yum sauce on the top of the crab meat mixture
- Bake for 12 – 15 minutes
- Top with sliced green onion and optional sesame seeds and siracha
