Ingredients
- 8 ounces lump crab meat
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons red onion
- 1 diced jalapeno
- juice of 1 lime
- dash of cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, cilantro, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Gently fold in your crab and mix.
- Enjoy or refrigerate for later. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
