Ingredients
- 8 ounces Crab
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Small egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Seafood Seasoning (like Old Bay brand)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Crushed crackers
- 1 tablespoon Each of Butter and Cooking Oil (for cooking)

- To sauté
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and add the butter and oil. Allow the butter to melt and add the crab cakes. Cook for about 6 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and are heated through
- To bake
- Preheat oven to 375⁰, place cakes on a baking sheet. Cook for about 12 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
