- Roasted Red Peppers
- Chopped Wilted Spinach
- Caramelized Onions, diced
- Roasted Mushrooms
- Smoked Bacon, chopped
- Fire Roasted or Slow Roasted Tomatoes, diced
- Fire Roasted Green Chilies
- Roasted or Grilled Corn
- Roasted Butternut Squash, diced
- Butter Braised Leeks
- Sliced Scallions
- Chives
- Topping Suggestions;
- Buttery Toasted Fresh Breadcrumbs, can add fresh chopped herbs like parsley, tarragon chives or thyme
- Crispy Fried Leeks or Shallots
- Crushed Chips or Crackers
- Parmesan and Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- To serve simply combine the mac & cheese with the crab and the extra ingredients and portion into serving dishes or bake whole in a large pan if serving family style or for a buffet. Cover with your favorite topping and bake until golden brown, bubbling on the sides and heated through. The recipe shown is with a premade “premium” white cheddar mac & cheese and our frozen jumbo lump crab.
