Lobster

Jack's Catch® brand lobster meat and tails are produced with only the finest standards in place. Our coldwater product (Homarus Americanus), produced in Canada from the pristine waters of the North Atlantic, consists of our Minced lobster meat and our Combo Lobster pack. The minced is a perfect item to be used as an ingredient at restaurant or manufacturer level. It provides the natural lobster flavor in a paste like form. It is perfect for creating soups, spreads and dips.

Claw, knuckle and/or leg meat packs may also be available depending upon the time of year. These are typically a vacuum packed product.

Warm water tails and meat are also available from Asia (typically Taiwan, China and Thailand). These Slipper Lobster tails and meat (Thenus Orientalis) offer a nice alternative for those menus that can not offer the coldwater products. The tails and meat are less expensive and are available in 1-2oz and 2-4oz tail sizes, while the meat ranges from U1oz and broken meat to 1-3oz.
